Donna is an instructional designer, writer, and editor with over 25 years of experience in educational publishing. She has developed e-learning courses and training materials for a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, health and safety, and law enforcement. Donna has an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Brooklyn College and a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago.

Based in Manhattan, Donna has traveled in Asia, and considers Tokyo her second home. She serves as a board member of Cherub Improv, a volunteer organization that brings free improv comedy to people in need of healing laughter.
