Owner and Account Executive

Lori started Minnick and Associates in 2014. She graduated from University of Baltimore with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance in December 1991. She started her career in public accounting as the senior accountant for Donohue & Associates, PA. She left the private sector after 8 years to build a career in corporate accounting and went on to study Cost and Managerial Accounting at Loyola College. Before accepting the contractor position at Redhead she incorporated her knowledge and training in various corporations as a contractor.

In managing the day-to-day functions of current projects, Lori has developed procedures to ensure that Minnick and Associates runs smoothly from inception to completion and maintains project status so that deadlines are never missed.

Web Designer/Developer

When Mia joined the Minnick and Associates staff, she added two decades of interactive design and programming to our collective experience. Her background gives her expertise with the tools and languages, as well as the current trends and styles, of the online world. She has the capacity to manage Web-based projects while being able to personally execute any part. She is a designer, a programmer, and an interactive developer.

Mia is a Visual Arts graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), with certificates in Advanced CSS & XHTML Programming and Advanced HTML & JavaScript Programming.

Her work experience has included leadership positions in desktop publishing, information design and web development at T. Rowe Price, Johns Hopkins University, and UMBC. She is able to address almost any interactive requirement for our clients, with special insight into higher education, healthcare and financial services sectors.

Seth came to Minnick & Associates in the fall of 2014 as a motion graphics editor. In 2014, he graduated from Towson University with a BS in Digital Media Production. Before arriving, he worked on various freelance projects, harmonizing motion graphics and animation with video production. He draws inspiration from abstract animators to corporate designers alike, and is excited to bring this creative energy to the team and the digital media content they create.

Diana is an award-winning graphic designer and art director with over 20 years of experience. Her work experience has included positions with agencies such as The Dart Group and The Leffler Agency. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including the Baltimore Ravens and the Denver Broncos, The University of Akron, Temple University, and Harley-Davidson Motorcycles.

She has produced award-winning work for clients in industries as varied as: Retail, Education, Publishing, Newspaper & Media, Hospitality, and Professional Sports.

She has expertise in the design and execution of corporate identity packages, marketing guides, sales kits, logos, brochures, billboards, newsletters, displays and signage, and much more.
